Studio Guidelines
FIRST TIMER?
Come 10-minutes before class to familiarise yourself with the studio and the reformers.
Our instructors will support, guide and motivate you throughout the class.
What you need to bring:
Grip-Socks. Unfortunately, you won’t be allowed on the reformer without a clean pair of grip-socks.
Drink bottle
Sweat towel
BEFORE CLASS STARTS
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class.
Waitlisted or walk-in clients will be offered an empty reformer if available.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 9-hours or more before class will be credited.
Late cancellations made 9-hours or less before class will undergo a forfeit.
No-shows and absences will undergo a forfeit.
Arriving late is considered a no-show.
No-show or late cancellations for clients with recurring memberships will incur a $10 fee (1 fee waived per calendar month. Fees are charged to the card on file within 48-hours.)
WAITLISTS
There are 5 waitlist positions available per class.
You will be notified via email or text if spot becomes available.
Secure your spot as quickly as possible because it is “first in best dressed”
PREGNANCY
Our skilled instructors are qualified and experienced at training women through healthy pregnancies in accordance with the ACSM guidelines for exercise testing and prescription.
YOUR BODY
Please inform your instructor about any injuries, limitations or doctors advice before class so that we can be cognisant of the situation and update your profile.
CODE OF CONDUCT
In dealing with Inmotion Reformer Pilates you agree to the following code of conduct:
Every community member has the right to feel safe and respected. free of judgement, assumption and shame.
We do not tolerate oppressive behaviour or discrimination of any kind.
Any persons who act in defiance of this code will be asked to leave the studio, their sessions refunded and account terminated.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In line with the ACCC, refunds for change of mind, unused sessions, studio closure due to lockdown, or any unforeseen circumstance by or external to the business will not be granted.
All community members must have their own account (for safety and insurance purposes) and purchase their own sessions.
Sessions are non-transferable.
MEMBERSHIP HOLDS & CANCELLATION
Membership holds are unlimited and can be made for a minimum of 1 week within your weekly cycle.
Memberships can be can be cancelled anytime from the following cycle.
Both membership holds and cancellations require at least a 7-day notice by emailing us at hello@inmotionstudio.com.au
