A 50 minute Reformer Pilates class designed to challenge and stimulate you both mentally and physically. You'll leave fully energised and inspired to train at your best. Delivering all the benefits of traditional Pilates from core strength, flexibility and spinal mobility, combined with high intensity resistance training that will strengthen and tone, this class will help improve athletic performance, posture, mind-body connection, balance and aid injury recovery.
